The service
Gradiqo is a writing-practice service run by an independent operator based in Malta (contact: support@gradiqo.com). You write answers to practice tasks modelled on language-exam writing sections and receive automated feedback.
Every score, level and correction is a practice estimate. It is not an official result, it does not predict your exam result, and Gradiqo is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to France Éducation international, CCI Paris Île-de-France, NIIED, Instituto Cervantes or any other exam operator. Exam names are used only to describe the format you practise.
Your account
You need an account to save essays and results. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from the app settings, which deletes your essays and results.
Free use, credits and passes
Each account receives one free grading per calendar day (UTC) on the short tasks marked as free. Paid gradings are sold as credit packs or a 30-day pass when payments are open.
Purchases are one-time payments processed by Stripe acting as merchant of record (Stripe Managed Payments); the price shown at checkout includes applicable taxes. Credits do not expire while the service operates and cannot be exchanged for cash. A pass gives unlimited gradings for 30 days from purchase, or from the end of a pass that is still running.
If a grading fails for a technical reason, the credit is returned automatically. For refunds or billing questions contact support@gradiqo.com; your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Acceptable use
Submit only text you wrote or have the right to submit. Do not use the service to process other people’s personal data, to attempt to obtain official exam content, or to overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may limit or close accounts that break these rules.
Content
You keep the rights to your essays. You allow us to store and process them only to provide feedback to you. Practice prompts and model answers are original works of Gradiqo; you may use them for your own study.
Liability
Feedback is generated automatically and may contain mistakes. We provide the service with reasonable care but without any guarantee of exam success. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of Malta, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
